4. Pickup, Delivery, and Timing

Estimated pickup or delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual timing may vary due to kitchen volume, staffing, traffic, weather, third-party delivery issues, high-demand periods, or other factors outside our control.

For pickup orders, it is your responsibility to arrive at the correct location and pick up your order within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for food quality issues caused by delayed pickup after the order is ready.

For delivery orders, availability may depend on distance, hours, third-party provider coverage, and other factors.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Order Issues

Because food is perishable and made to order, all sales are generally final once preparation has begun.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, or a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible at the contact information listed below. We may, in our sole discretion, offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another remedy where appropriate.

We may deny refund or credit requests that are abusive, fraudulent, untimely, or unsupported.
